We’re absolutely delighted to share the wonderful news that we have a new business partner
Klarna,offering amazing online financial services on our platform!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now you can enable Klarna as a payment method from your Admin Panel –> Payment Options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As already indicated in the admin panel, it will be sufficient to access your Klarna business account and generate the API credentials, Username, and Password, to be pasted in the appropriate fields. By clicking on Save, the new payment method will be active in your shop’s checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Klarna the customer will have the possibility to pay with different options, such as direct payment or 3 installments payment.<\/p>\n\n\n

We also recommend setting up Klarna for customers who do not yet have an account, so that they have an additional alternative payment method that can guarantee new purchases!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Platform improvements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Klarna is not the only news that has been introduced, on the contrary, we have added a series of improvements and fixed several bugs that now improve the usability of the platform and the general performance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Facebook Catalog<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Facebook Catalog feed has been improved and now correctly displays images in the order they were uploaded to the vetrinalive store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Images cut in the product sheet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For some types of products, there was a cut of the image within the product sheet which does not allow it to be displayed correctly. The problem has now been solved and any type of image will be correctly displayed in full, without cuts within the product sheet. In general, we recommend always using images with an aspect ratio of 3:4 which is generally the most used in the eCommerce environment and which limits the cropping of the image even in the product grid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Shop language<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A menu has now been added in the settings that allows you to indicate the default language of the shop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The development team doesn’t stop and we are already working on new improvements and features. Among the highlights for the next release, we will also include subcategories! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
